A dual-platform content strategy across TikTok and Instagram
Client: Aesthetic Clinic by Cryss
Services: Social media strategy · Content production · TikTok growth · Instagram growth · Lead generation
Timeline: Ongoing
The problem
An aesthetic clinic with real expertise and a growing reputation but a social media presence that wasn’t converting. In the aesthetics sector, trust is everything. Potential clients research extensively before booking. Without a content strategy that builds authority and drives qualified reach, even the best clinician stays invisible online.
What we built
A dual-platform content strategy across TikTok and Instagram, built around content formats that perform algorithmically in the aesthetics niche. Every piece of content designed with three goals in mind: qualified reach, lead generation, and retention keeping existing clients engaged while attracting new ones.
Reels structured specifically to convert viewers into bookings. TikTok content engineered for algorithmic distribution to the right audience, people actively researching aesthetic treatments, not just scrolling past.

In aesthetics, clients don’t book on impulse, they research, compare, and trust. Cryss’s content now builds that trust at scale. Three new clients per day from social is not a vanity metric. It’s a booked diary.

A note on where we are.
We’re a young agency. Some of these projects are websites. Some are marketing campaigns. Some are both.
What they have in common: every client came to us with no online presence, or one that wasn’t working. They left with something that does.
We’re not going to put a campaign we ran for a large brand in our portfolio to look more established than we are. Everything above is ours built by Dan and Andreea, not passed to a team of juniors.
